FOR USE WITH TANKMASTER SIGHT TUBES & PUSH BUTTON SIGHT GAUGES

This can be supplied in 60 metre or 30 metre coils as well as in cut lengths.

Our sight tubing is 15.5mm outside diameter with a 9mm inside diameter and a 3m wall thickness.

The price is either per coil or per metre depending on the length you require. Select the size of roll you want and enter a quantity of 1 (or more if more than one roll is required)

This comes in to us in 60 metre rolls as standard so the price for this works out at less per metre than if you purchase a 30 metre roll because this entails measuring, cutting and rewinding.

The best way to replace the sight tubing is to heat the end you need to push onto the hose tail, this is easily done using boiling water, it will become flexible and malleable and will allow you to push it over the hose tail end before it cools down and becomes semi rigid again.

Sight tube can become cloudy and difficult to see through due to the build up of algae which is fed by UV rays and grows on the inside of the tubing. The best way to prevent this is to turn the sight shield around to cover the section of tube you normally look through to get your reading. This hinders the UV rays from promoting algae growth and maintains the clarity of the tube for longer.
