FILTER BOWL THREAD GREASE

Silicone grease 10g tube, for lubricating the thread on the Groz filter bowl and o-ring gasket, to ease the mating of the metal filter head and plastic filter bowl and avoids the possibility of it being cross threaded, also to hold the o-ring/gasket in place to avoid it getting pinched and in the thread and therefor potentially allowing fuel to leak.

These grease tubes can be ordered individually or in packs to make postage more economical. The tubes hold enough grease for approx. 2 applications.

Important information: when servicing the Groz filter it is important to coat the top of the o’ring and threads all the way around the around the bowl to ensure full coverage.
