Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ Management System

The Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ Management System is a robust, freestanding dispenser designed for safe, secure, and controlled dispensing directly from an AdBlue™ storage tank.

Built with integrated fluid monitoring technology, it records key transaction data including user, date, time, and quantity dispensed (up to the last 255 transactions). This enables managers to keep track of where AdBlue™ is being used, helping reduce waste and improve accountability.

To enhance security, pump access is restricted to authorised users only, via PIN code or electronic key (available separately). This prevents unauthorised dispensing and ensures only approved personnel can refuel.

Practical Design for Everyday Use

The Self Service MC is supplied complete with:

• 6m delivery hose

• K24 pulse meter for accurate measurement

• SB325 automatic nozzle with a breakaway spout mechanism (for easy, low-cost repair if a vehicle drives off mid-fill)

• Nozzle holster with pump start/stop function

• Pre-set dispense feature for controlled refuelling

• 70µ particle filter to help maintain fluid quality

For added functionality, the system can also be connected to an optional AdBlue™ Ocio tank level gauge, which automatically shuts off the pump when fluid reaches a set low level.

Simple, Secure & Cost-Effective Fuel Management

This standalone management system displays transaction data directly on the unit’s screen, making it a straightforward and cost-effective solution for operators who need both dispensing equipment and usage tracking.

For those requiring deeper analysis, an optional Self Service Management software package is available, allowing data export to a Windows PC for reporting and record-keeping.
