Description
Groz Particulate Filter Element
This is a replacement particulate only filter element for our Groz filter and also cross compatible with the Goldenrod filter
The element is for filtering particulate only so should you wish to block water as well as particulate please select out Water Block Filter Element for Groz filters here – Water block filter element
Suitable for use with most fuels, including Diesel, Bio-diesel, Petrol, and Kerosene. The filter cartridge will filter to 10 micron. Find out more about microns and what they mean here
We also have a complete Groz Filter Service Kit – Particulate containing everything you need to easily replace your filter, this includes a filter strap wrench for easy removal and replacing the filter bowl from the filter head, as well as a tube of thread grease. To clarify the threads on the filter bowl should be grease each time it is removed or replaced this is due to the parts being different materials, the bowl is plastic and the filter head is metal so there is always a chance of cross threading if fitted dry. This would leave the filter bowl liable to leaking or even potentially blowing off and causing a major spill whilst the pump is in use and the filter is under pressure.
