Description
Wavin Comfia UFHC10 Underfloor Heating Pack 10
Low-Build | Multi-Zone | Up to 100m² | High Heat Output |
The Wavin Comfia UFHC10 Pack is a high-performance, multi-zone underfloor heating system designed specifically for renovation projects where a low-profile solution is essential. Using 18mm overlay boards and 12mm PB pipe, this system installs directly over existing floors — no digging, no screeding, just clean, efficient warmth.
With 150mm pipe centres, it delivers high heat output, ideal for larger spaces that demand consistent and powerful heating. The pack also features the Wavin Sentio wireless thermostat system, giving you individual app-controlled zones (1x thermostat per 20m²), so each area of your home can be managed independently and efficiently.
Key Features:
Multi-zone system – includes 1x thermostat per 20m² for precise control
For areas from 40m² to 100m² – perfect for larger renovation projects
Low-build overlay panels – 18mm boards, pre-grooved for 12mm pipe
High heat output – 150mm pipe centres
Boiler and heat pump compatible – suitable for high and low temp systems
App-controlled via Wavin Sentio – manage each zone from your smartphone
No screed required – installs directly over existing floors
Complete UFH kit – includes overlay panels, pipe, manifold, pump, thermostats, wiring centre, and all fixings
Whether you’re retrofitting a whole ground floor or refurbishing a large open-plan area, the UFHC10 Pack gives you full zoned control, high heat performance, and minimal disruption.
Available in 4 sizes: 40m², 60m², 80m², and 100m² – each with the correct number of thermostats and components included.
