Piusi MAPLY B.SMART Add-On Module

The Piusi MAPLY is a specialist B.SMART add-on module, designed to enhance off-road fuel management for industries such as construction, quarrying, mining, and agriculture. It provides fleet managers with the tools to accurately monitor fuel usage across portable tanks, temporary sites, and hire vehicles—areas where tracking can often be challenging.

By integrating mobile phone GPS coordinates, MAPLY delivers precise refuelling location data. This additional insight builds on the existing real-time fuel monitoring offered by the B.SMART platform, ensuring managers have full visibility over remote operations.

Smarter Location-Based Fuel Monitoring

MAPLY enables geo-localised refuelling, tracking and plotting GPS coordinates for each transaction, along with:

  • Quantity dispensed

  • Operator details

  • Vehicle refilled

  • Date and time

Managers can also set a dispenser’s working area based on GPS-defined site boundaries. The system can warn or even prevent dispensing attempts made outside of these authorised zones, helping reduce fuel misuse.

Flexible Reporting & Control

MAPLY doesn’t just monitor company-owned machinery—it can also record third-party and hire vehicle refuelling, giving managers a full breakdown of on-site fuel use. Reports can be apportioned to specific sites or projects for accurate cost tracking.

When used with the Tank Watchdog module, MAPLY also records fuel stock transfers (e.g. bulk tank to portable tank) as stock movements rather than consumption, ensuring complete accuracy in reporting.

All data is available via the B.SMART online portal, where managers can view records in real-time, export reports, and receive automatic transaction email notifications.
